When settling your bill at the end of your stay, we accept the following payment methods:

The local tax amounts to 2.70 euros per person and day, the flat rate for the Sonnenschein Card to 1.00 euro per person and day. You will pay for both together with your bill at the end of your stay.

Our dog Coco is always happy about playmates! So, your four-legged friend is welcome in all our rooms for an extra charge of 10.00 euros per night. Please bring your own dog bed, blanket, bowl, and food. Feel free to bring your dog along for dinner in our cosy Mirnock Stüberl. The numerous walking and hiking possibilities directly from our hotel ensure sufficient exercise, and a separate dog bathing area awaits you and your four-legged friend at Lake Afritzer See.

At Burgstallerhof, togetherness is the order of the day. So that your little ones can get nice and cosy, there are pull-out sofas in all room categories. Subject to availability, we’re happy to provide you with a baby cot. Your little ones can splash around in the baby pool of the indoor pool area, and they certainly won’t get bored in our playroom.

Carinthia is way too varied to just stay inside. To make sure nothing gets in the way of your adventures, you can borrow bikes, hiking poles, and Nordic walking poles from us free of charge. E-Bikes are available for fee per day.

Grab our bats and balls and play a match of table tennis in the garden (or inside the hotel in winter). The use of the adjacent tennis courts is at a fee possible.

In summer, you can store your bike in our bike depot, which includes an e-bike charging station. In winter, make use of our ski depot with ski boot heaters.

There are plenty of free parking spaces right in front of the hotel. Garage parking spaces for motorbikes are available at a fee per night.

A charging station is available for your electric vehicle. We collect a flat rate of 30.00 euros per charge.

We offer a transfer service to and from Spittal and Villach at a fee of 55.00 euros, as well as to and from Klagenfurt airport at a fee of 75.00 euros. The maximum capacity per transfer is three people.

Cancellation without travel insurance:

• Up to 30 days before arrival, cancellation is free of charge.
• Up to 7 days before arrival, 50% of the booked stay will be charged.
• Up to 1 day before arrival, 70% of the booked stay will be charged.
• In case of no-show or early departure, 100% of the booked stay will be charged.

Cancellation with travel insurance:
We offer you the option of adding travel insurance directly when booking. For a one-time fee of 50.00 euros per room and 70.00 euros per apartment, you can cancel your stay for free and without giving reasons up to 7 days before arrival. Early departure isn’t covered by travel insurance. The amount for the travel cancellation protection is to be paid directly at the time of booking by credit card or bank transfer. Otherwise, our standard cancellation conditions will apply.

We only accept written cancellations. In the event of cancellation, your deposit will be converted into a credit balance which you can use for your next stay at Burgstallerhof.
